The initial consultation is a conversation. It helps to have a rough idea of what you’re hoping to buy and a general sense of your income and outgoings, but you don’t need everything perfectly organised to have a useful first discussion. If you want to make the most of the time, having recent payslips and bank statements to hand, or your last two to three years of accounts or tax returns if you’re self-employed, means we can get into the details more quickly. But if you’re at an earlier stage and just want to understand what’s possible, that’s a perfectly good reason to get in touch, too.
