We have worked with Bennison Brown for more than a year now. When we started thinking about getting a house, we had absolutely no idea about the mortgage process, the rules, the requirements. Fortunately we found Alex at Bennison Brown, who almost hand-held us through the entire process, and later Susan, our caseworker there. Alex and Susan were kind, patient, honest and extremely supportive; Alex helped us make step by step plans of how to go about the process, without any hurry and continued to communicate at every step as we went along.

Having used Bennison Brown several times now, I can’t rate them highly enough. This was our second purchase with them. Alex was fantastic throughout the process as we had a couple of property changes. Alex was always on hand to help with any questions and advice.
