Before launching the firm, he spent eight years with a leading high street bank as a mortgage adviser and personal banker, developing a strong technical foundation and deep understanding of client needs.

Today, Michael leads the strategic direction of the business, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality advice, strong client outcomes, and a service-led approach. Outside of work, he is a proud father of two.

Andrew is a Director and Senior Mortgage Adviser at Bennison Brown and has been an integral part of the business for over 10 years.

He is passionate about working closely with clients, building strong relationships and providing clear, tailored advice to help them achieve their property goals. Andrew’s approachable style and dedication to client outcomes make him a trusted adviser to those he works with.

In addition to supporting his clients, Andrew plays an active role in the wider business, contributing to decisions around growth and marketing initiatives. He is particularly enthusiastic about engaging with new ideas and enjoys being involved in podcasts and industry discussions.

Outside of work, Andrew is a proud father of two and values the balance between family life and his commitment to delivering excellent service.

Kevin first stepped into the financial world in 1998 and has been hooked ever since. From a major building society to various mortgage brokers, he’s collected year of experience, plenty of wisdom and a reputation for empowering the people around him.

As a Sales Manager, Kevin thrives on helping others develop and progress. He’s big on positivity, big on teamwork and even bigger on bringing out the best in people. With his background in mortgage sales management, he blends expertise with encouragement in a way that lifts teams.

Kevin proudly joined Bennison Brown in October 2025, bringing his trademark enthusiasm and positivity with him.

Amanda used to work as a teaching assistant in a primary school, and she has brought her compassionate nature to her case manager role in Bennison Brown.

Amanda’s hobbies include yoga, long walks along the beach, eating fish and chips, and burning those chips off in her weekly body conditioning class.

Alex joined Bennison Brown in May 2018, and has been extremely valuable as a mortgage adviser, both to us and our customers.

Michelle has worked in the finance industry for over 20 years specialising in protection for 10 years. She qualified as a mortgage advisor back in 2018. She joined Bennison brown in April 2024 as a mortgage and protection advisor.

Milan worked for several years in a bank before joining Bennison Brown as a whole of market mortgage adviser.

As a friendly, charismatic person, Milan (known in the office as Merlin The Protector) makes gathering information fun and interesting.

Tom has been in the finance industry for many years across wealth management firms and advising on mortgages. He takes real pride in de-mystifying many aspects of the finance world for his clients and approaching a complex process in a caring, concise and client focussed manner.

In his outside life, Tom is a Bass player, Hockey fan and exercise enthusiast

Simeon has worked in financial industry since 2008 and had advised on mortgages for more than 7 years before joining Bennison Brown as a whole-of-market mortgage and protection advisor.

Simeon has a warm nature and is passionate about helping our clients to meet their goals.

Simon has close to 10 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, having helped customer with all kinds of situations.
Outside of work, Simon is a family man with two boys, both of whom play competitive sport, including football and rugby (both codes) keeping evenings and weekends very busy.
Simon is also a proud Bolton Wanderers fan and season ticket holder.
When he does get some time to himself, his main hobbies are: watching films, gaming, playing the drums, reading, and painting.

Shadab’s passion is to help clients achieve their home ownership dreams. He is patient, understanding and takes his time leaving clients with peace of mind having understood the mortgage process from start to finish.

With over a decade experience in the financial industry, Shadab is very knowledgeable and has even been featured in Broker in Focus, a magazine which features brokers and their experiences in the financial industry.

In his spare time, Shadab is an enthusiastic cook and loves to travel.

Outside of work, Andrew is a proud family man with three children and is part of a close-knit Greek family through marriage, bringing a strong sense of warmth, community, and personal connection into everything he does. Keith joins Bennison Brown with a wealth of experience working both for a leading high street bank and well known whole of market brokerage. As well as excellent market knowledge Keith prides himself on excellent customer service and ensuring the client is kept fully informed throughout the mortgage process.

With over 25 years’ experience in financial services and having been an advisor since 2008, Mike is dedicated to helping clients secure the right mortgage for their individual needs. Known for providing clear, honest advice and a personal approach, he works closely with first-time buyers, home movers, remortgage clients and property investors to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of work Mike enjoys spending as much time as possible with family but is also a keen runner and has even completed the London Marathon on 5 occasions.

Sam has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry, from helping first time buyers securing the keys to their first home, to restructuring mortgages for existing homeowners. Sam prides himself on customer service and ensures all clients are well informed throughout the mortgage process, from the first appointment up until completion.

Arif has a passion for making first time buyers dreams come true. He is passionate about building long term relationships with his clients, ensuring they receive exceptional mortgage and protection advice along the way. He is very passionate about his job and really enjoys giving his clients the “good news” calls. His other passion is travelling, so feel free to help him with new places to visit

Before joining Bennison Brown, Rebecca worked in the travel industry for 15 years. Outside of work she is a busy Mum of twins.

Also known as our Chief Happiness Officer, Bobbie previously worked in estate agency progressing sales from offer to completion.

She is very friendly and has a passion for talking to customers and getting to know them. Bobbie is a mum to two young boys and enjoys family days out and weekends away (without kids).

Laura is a Case Manager for our advisers. She works closely with the brokers to ensure that a customer’s journey is as smooth as possible. Before joining Bennison Brown Laura worked in payroll for a recruitment company.

Clare worked in the care sector for 10 years, working her way up to Care Manager of 2 care schemes.

Clare joined Bennison Brown in 2019 as a Case Manager and has been a steady, trusted presence ever since. She’s known for her attention to detail, calm approach, and always going the extra mile to keep cases moving smoothly.

Before joining Bennison Brown as Client Relationship Manager, Andrea spent 22 years working in estate agency, building strong relationships, and helping clients navigate every stage of their property journey. She is passionate about delivering a personal, attentive service and making all clients experience as seamless as possible. Outside of work Andrea enjoys cooking/baking, reading and raising funds for Kings College Hospital.
