If the lender comes back with queries or requests for further information, we handle that directly. You’ll be kept informed at every meaningful stage, but you won’t be left chasing things or trying to interpret lender correspondence on your own. Your advisor is available throughout and knows the details of your case well enough to deal with most things without needing to come back to you.
