Meet the team

Michael is our senior mortgage adviser and founding partner of Bennison Brown.  Michael brings a wealth of experience in the mortgage sector and before launching Bennison Brown was a mortgage adviser and personal banker with a leading high street bank for eight years.

Andrew oversees the Bennison Brown Group and is responsible for the supporting functions as well as Marketing & Sales.  Andrew was previously the Operations Director for a large business but after starting a family was keen to be closer to home which was the catalyst for creating Bennison Brown.  Andrew is passionate about providing a quality service and does everything he can to support the team at Bennison Brown to deliver a first class service.

Amanda used to work as a teaching assistant in a primary school, and she has brought her compassionate nature to her case manager role in Bennison Brown.

Amanda's hobbies include yoga, long walks along the beach, eating fish and chips, and burning those chips off in her weekly body conditioning class.

Andrew has helped hundreds of mortgage customers achieve their goals whilst practising as a mortgage adviser. Before joining Bennison Brown Andrew worked for seven years with a leading high street bank.

Alex joined Bennison Brown in May 2018, and has been extremely valuable as a mortgage adviser, both to us and our customers.

Keith joins Bennison Brown with a wealth of experience working both for a leading high street bank and well known whole of market brokerage. As well as excellent market knowledge Keith prides himself on excellent customer service and ensuring the client is kept fully informed throughout the mortgage process.

Chris has been in the finance industry for a number of years. He brings a wealth of experience from working in multi-national banks, national whole of market mortgage brokerages, and smaller boutique wealth management firms.

Outside of the world of mortgages, Chris is a keen musician. He also loves to travel and is always looking for the next destination to explore.

Milan worked for several years in a bank before joining Bennison Brown as a whole of market mortgage adviser.

Milan is now our highly knowledgeable, Protection Specialist, advising clients on the best solutions to protect their needs.

As a friendly, charismatic person, Milan (known in the office as Merlin The Protector) makes gathering information fun and interesting

Michelle has worked in the finance industry for over 20 years specialising in protection for 10 years. She qualified as a mortgage advisor back in 2018. She joined Bennison brown in April 2024 as a mortgage and protection advisor.

Her customer service skills are second to none this is shown in the reviews she has received already since joining the team

She has a can do approach to everything she does and always goes the extra mile for her clients

Outside of work she is kept busy by her two daughters.

Tom has been in the finance industry for many years across wealth management firms and advising on mortgages. He takes real pride in de-mystifying many aspects of the finance world for his clients and approaching a complex process in a caring, concise and client focussed manner.

In his outside life, Tom is a Bass player, Hockey fan and exercise enthusiast

Anna has been part of the mortgage and protection industry since 2018, bringing with her a genuine passion for helping clients—especially first-time buyers—navigate the path to homeownership.

Based in Hammersmith, she has a deep understanding of the challenges of buying property in high-cost areas like West London. Anna specialises in a variety of affordable housing schemes and is always enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge to make the process as smooth and accessible as possible.

In addition to assisting first-time buyers, Anna enjoys working with landlords and supporting their property investment journeys.

Outside of work, she practices yoga, enjoys reading, and is actively involved in local community initiatives.

Shadab’s passion is to help clients achieve their home ownership dreams. He is patient, understanding and takes his time leaving clients with peace of mind having understood the mortgage process from start to finish.

With over a decade experience in the financial industry, Shadab is very knowledgeable and has even been featured in Broker in Focus, a magazine which features brokers and their experiences in the financial industry.

In his spare time, Shadab is an enthusiastic cook and loves to travel.

Susan has worked in a variety of industries, with most of her roles centred around customer service.

Susan loves to travel. She used to live in Singapore when younger, and has a particular passion for France.

Clare worked in the care sector for 10 years, working her way up to Care Manager of 2 care schemes.

She joined Bennison Brown in June 2019 as a Case Manager and is now enjoying the role of Client Relationship Manager, where she is the first port of call for our clients. She also helps build relationships with a number of our corporate partners.

Laura is a Case Manager for our advisers. She works closely with the brokers to ensure that a customer's journey is as smooth as possible. Before joining Bennison Brown Laura worked in payroll for a recruitment company.

Also known as our Chief Happiness Officer, Bobbie previously worked in estate agency progressing sales from offer to completion.

She is very friendly and has a passion for talking to customers and getting to know them. Bobbie is a mum to two young boys and enjoys family days out and weekends away (without kids).

Before joining Bennison Brown, Rebecca worked in the travel industry for 15 years. Outside of work she is a busy Mum of twins.
