They were very professional but also very friendly and approachable. It was fantastic to have them help me during the stressful time of buying and selling a house. Amazing value too for the service you get (I thought using a broker was fancy and posh and would cost a fortune - but it's really not much at all considering what they do for you!). Bennison Brown are outstanding and as a first-time buyer, they were incredibly helpful, clear and responsive. I initially came across Bennison Brown at the First Time Buyer Home Show, where I met Andrew and Michael, where Andrew gave a presentation in relation to how best to prepare ahead of applying for a mortgage. Following on from the talk, I had a good chat with both of them where they provided some advice for myself as a FTB. We arranged a follow-up call, where we discussed what I was looking for, my personal details, and what I could afford, and made some suggestions. I found them to be very transparent with the steps in their process and fees, which drove my decision to proceed with them as my mortgage broker. I found the whole process a lot smoother than expected. Throughout the process, I was kept up to date with the progress of my application and felt comfortable calling for advice regarding any concerns that I may have had. My case manager Susan Jarrett was also particularly helpful; when issues arose between the lender and solicitor, she was able to help speed up the process. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend their services.
