1. The promoter of the Bennison Brown Referral Scheme is Bennison Brown Limited, whose registered office is 149c Manchester Road, E14 3DN.
2. These terms and conditions apply to any participant in the Bennison Brown Referral Scheme, whether as a referrer or a referee.
3. To participate as a referrer in the Bennison Brown Referral Scheme, you must
a) be aged 18 or over.
b) be an existing customer of Bennison Brown.
c) have been invited to participate in the Bennison Brown Referral Scheme and received a referral link from a current member of our team via email.
d) the maximum number of referrals you can make per calendar year is five
4. To participate as a referee in the Bennison Brown Referral Scheme, you must be
a) aged 18 or over
b) a new customer of Bennison Brown.
c) have not claimed any other promotion, offer or discount offered by Bennison Brown unless otherwise stated by Bennison Brown.
d) meet the minimum qualifying mortgage of £140,000 (as defined in point 5).
5. For a referral to be Successful Referral and to be eligible to receive an Amazon.co.uk voucher (“Reward”) the referee’s mortgage must meet the minimum qualifying mortgage amount of £140,000. The minimum qualifying amount has been set by Bennison Brown and must be met unless otherwise stated by Bennison Brown.
6. A Referrer is eligible to receive an Amazon.co.uk voucher up to the value of £100.00 (“Reward”) for each Successful Referral made. Each new customer (referee) that completes their first mortgage with Bennison Brown, who is the result of a Successful Referral, will also be eligible to receive the ‘Reward’. Where Bennison Brown arrange a mortgage for a referee with a new lender the ‘Reward’ will be a £100 Amazon.co.uk voucher, where Bennison Brown arrange a mortgage for a referee and that mortgage is with their existing lender the ‘Reward’ will be a £50 Amazon.co.uk voucher.
7a. A Referral is defined as: A new customer establishes contact with Bennison Brown using your referral link or provides us with your unique referral code. A new customer is a customer that: (i) is not currently a customer of Bennison Brown, (ii) is not in the same group of companies as an existing customer of Bennison Brown (iii) is not a previous customer of Bennison Brown or (v) has not been in discussions or negotiations with Bennison Brown regarding the receipt of our services (“New Customer”)
7b. A Successful Referral is defined as: A Referral (as defined in point 7a) that has been made completes on a mortgage with a minimum mortgage amount of £140,000 that Bennison Brown has arranged.
8. Bennison Brown will determine at its sole discretion and has final say as to whether a Successful Referral has been made.
9. Upon a Successful Referral (as defined in point 7b), we will email both the Referrer and the Referee with your respective Rewards to your corresponding email addresses on our database within 120 days.
10. We reserve the right to substitute another voucher or item of equal value to the Reward.
11. Where any participant receives a Reward from us, that participant agree to comply with the Amazon Gift Card Terms and Conditions. The Reward may not be sold, transferred, auctioned or used for commercial gain.
12. Bennison Brown is not responsible for any Reward that is lost or delayed in transmission. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Bennison Brown will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the Scheme or use of the
Reward. Bennison Brown Bennison Brown Referral does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of any third parties mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.
13. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or restrict the Bennison Brown Referral Scheme these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
14. Participants are liable for any tax consequences of the receipt of any Reward, and we accept no liability to participants or their employers in relation thereto.
15. These Terms and Conditions are intended to be legally binding and will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. We each agree that English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising from or related to the Referral Scheme or these Terms and Conditions.
